Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned civil design and documentation as delegated in support of technical and commercial standards.
• Comply with all role-specific HSEQ responsibilities
• Deliver technical expertise across a broad range of projects.
• Apply safety in design practices and processes at a high level.
• Lead projects based on scope, complexity or specific request.
• Identify business development opportunities and support proposal preparation within area of expertise.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and project specifications
• Effectively communicate complex technical matters to clients.
• Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight to Civil Design staff.
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging methodologies.
• Align work with team objectives and company policies.
