Position Overview EXP is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (P.Eng.) to lead the design, delivery, and oversight of municipal infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for an experienced civil engineer with strong technical leadership, project management, and client‑facing skills, and a solid background in roads, servicing, drainage, and water resources.

Key Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering design and reviews for municipal infrastructure projects, including:

Roads and transportation corridors

Grading and earthworks

Stormwater management and drainage

Water, wastewater, and utilities

Foundations and site servicing

Ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal codes, standards, and regulations
