MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification in bachelors degree in agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in citrus farming or similar agricultural management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of citrus production practices, pest management, and soil health.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in farm management software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in budget management, cost control, and financial management.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Drivers License (PDP advantageous)
