Key Responsibilities
 
·Lead on a range of refurbishment, modernisation, and improvement projects across multiple sectors.
·Carry out feasibility studies, prepare technical specifications, secure statutory consents, and oversee contract administration.
·Apply and interpret building contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.) effectively within projects.
·Deliver professional building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, fire safety assessments, and access audits.
·Ensure quality, safety, and environmental considerations are embedded into project delivery.
