Senior Change Risk Specialist

Current work authorization for Canada is required and the role will be performed on a hybrid schedule.

The work location will be 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, after which the position will relocate to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga.

Change Risk Support & Advisory

• Represent FCC Risk Management on business and technology projects.
• Analyze proposed changes, identify risk exposures, assess controls, and document required mitigations.
• Provide constructive challenges to ensure risks are accurately recognized and addressed.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop effective solutions and ensure timely implementation.
• Clearly communicate risk implications to leaders, project teams, and control owners.
