Senior CDM Principal Designer. An employee‑owned CDM consultancy seeks a Senior CDM Principal Designer to work autonomously, either from home or at the office. The consultancy has circa 50 employees and a social office atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Limit major and all CDM related risk during the design stages.
• Ensure clear communication for effective handover to Principal Contractor.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a CDM Principal Design or Design Risk Management role.
• NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate.
• Membership with IOSH (TechIOSH minimum) or APS (IMaPS minimum).
