            Responsibilities  Scale the beauty vertical in the UAE market by leading seller acquisition and onboarding 
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations and maintain full commercial accountability for the P&L 
Act as a subject-matter expert on the beauty landscape, including skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare 
Coach brands and creators on running high-converting beauty livestreams and product demonstrations 
Drive category growth through creator collaborations, exclusive launches, and targeted marketing campaigns 
Partner with internal product and marketing teams to implement seller feedback into platform improvements 
 Requirements  3+ years of experience in the beauty industry (e.g., buyer, account manager, or brand manager) 
Full professional fluency in English; Arabic fluency is preferred
