Senior Care Assistant Contract £13.12-£13.71 per hour, Contracted to 0 hours per week. Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract).

Role Overview

As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents. You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands on care.
• Oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.
• Maintain accurate care records.
