Job Summary
In this role, you will create, modify and verify CAM programs, whilst supporting CAD activity, for the manufacture and repair of elastomer & plastic moulds, press-tools and other tooling components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creation, modification and verification of 3, 4 & 5-axis programs and supporting information, for a range of processes, machine tools and CNC control programming languagesPreparation, issuing and control of detailed 2D drawings, 3D models and associated production documentation in accordance with global industry standards and expectationsUtilise and support CNC machine tool networkCreate and control processes in order to accurately convey drawing and production information to all other departmentsPrepare and collate job packs to distribute to other departmentsRecord construction information and feedback from production f...
