            Manage end-to-end procurement activities for direct and/or indirect materials. 
Source and qualify new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery performance. 
Lead price negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial terms with suppliers. 
Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, cost) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
Ensure material availability to support production schedules and prevent shortages. 
Collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, QA, Warehouse, and Production teams. 
Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply risks within the semiconductor industry. 
Implement cost reduction initiatives (VA/VE, alternativesourcing, localization). 
Manage purchase orders, supplier agreements, and documentation in ERP systems. 
Handle supplier escalations and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
