What is the opportunity?We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Insights Associate to join either our Cardiff or London CAO team! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical expertise, broaden your influence across the organisation, and contribute to work that genuinely improves customer outcomes.As a Business Insights Associate you will be part of the Business Insights team that plays a key role in shaping strategy, governance and customer‑focused decision‑making. Collaborating with cross functional teams to provide data and business analytics and insights to help support key business decisions and promote operating model efficiency.The role holder will work closely with each pillar of the CAO Channel, who are responsible for operational support and delivery of sales initiatives which underpin the group’s strategic objectives, the Distribution channel and wider Business Management team.What will you do?
