  • Prepare manpower costing and operational cost breakdowns
  • Assistinpreparation of tendersubmissions,compliance documents, and clarifications
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, cost records and historical pricing references
  • Support proposal and quotation preparation for hard and soft FM services
  • Buildandmaintaingoodrelationshipswithclientsandpartners
