Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, business rules, process flows, user stories, and solution designs.
Act as the primary business contact for project-related requirements, clarifications, and solution discussions.
Perform gap analysis and configure the product to meet client business requirements, credit policies, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
