Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst is a key contributor to the organization's success by analysing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations in terms of technology and processes. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, facilitate communication, and drive the implementation of solutions and processes through project management.

- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business and functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and software solutions relevant to the organization’s goals.
