            Duties: 
Prepare detailed HVAC, plumbing, fire, and electrical services drawings 
Develop layouts, schematics, and installation drawings 
Coordinate drawings with other disciplines (architectural, structural, and civil) 
Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site feedback 
Ensure that drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications 
Maintain drawing registers and document control 
 
Minimum Requirements: 
Relevant Draughting / Technical qualification 
3+ years experience in building services draughting 
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous) 
Strong understanding of MEP building services systems 
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines 
Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills 
 
Advantageous: 
Revit MEP experience
