Minimum Requirements

• BCOM or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll, preferably within an accounting firm environment.
• Full bookkeeping function and ability to work on multiple client books.
• Proficiency in accounting software: Xero, Sage Online, QuickBooks, and MS Excel .
• Proficiency in payroll software: SimplePay, VIP, and Sage Pastel Payroll .
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll legislation, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, including capturing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing ledgers.
