Enhance the promotion of Amgen products and communicate critical messages by collaborating with partners to serve patients.
Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement a territory plan of action (POA) and key account plans.
Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree on course corrections with the manager.
Partner with cluster territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value and Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives and responsibilities.
Engage with peers, the District Manager and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge.
Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, including how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.
Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion.
Report customer activity in the CRM system and keep customer profiles up to date.
