            What you will do Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans. 
Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager. 
Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives and responsibilities. 
Engage with peers, District Manager and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge. 
Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, and how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate. 
Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion. 
Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date. 
Demonstrate an understanding of the Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs. 
Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities.
