Successful candidates will be assigned to a new multi-million healthcare project.

Job Responsibilities: Design and coordinate for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system 
Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings in 3D BIM Models of ACMV systems and authorities’ submission. 
Document submission of technical data, shop drawings etc. 
Ensure the models align with the local regulatory standards and meet the requirements of the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria 
Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform 
Coordinate with the design/project team on ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection. 
Conduct clash detection and coordinate with other services
