3 months onsite during probationary period then will transition to a Hybrid setup with 1–2 days onsite per month or quarter.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a billing specialist to join our growing and well-established national firm. This person will be responsible for analyzing time entry transactions and drafting billings and other report production.
What you’ll be doing:
Draft preliminary invoices based on WIP analysis, engagement terms, and historical billing practices for approval in the Firm’s time and billing system
Respond timely to inquiries (email or phone) throughout the day
