Senior Bids & Proposals Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bids & Proposals Engineer with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector to lead end‑to‑end proposal development and tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Strategy Development : Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and company strategy. Analyze RFQs, tenders and ITTs to develop winning bid strategies. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC and operations teams to define scope, timelines and costing. Conduct market and competitor analysis to enhance proposal competitiveness.
• Bid Management Coordination : Manage the complete bid lifecycle from inquiry to submission. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely inputs. Track deadlines, ensure submission compliance and maintain proposal schedules.
