Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Portfolio Management
Manage and oversee training requirements across multiple beauty brand portfolios. Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with brand and business objectives. Collaborate with Brand Managers, Retail, and stakeholders to ensure training alignment and effectiveness. Adapt regional/global training materials to local market needs. 2. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with stakeholders to identify performance gaps. Translate identified needs into structured training programs, workshops, and coaching interventions. Continuously review training effectiveness and recommend improvements. 3. Training Delivery & Facilitation
