About the Role

Senior Backend Developer (AdTech) building a next-generation advertising platform powered by scalable backend systems, real-time data processing, and distributed architectures. Work with technologies such as Python, Django, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and AWS while contributing to technical direction and engineering standards in an early-stage environment.

What You Will Do

• Architect, build, and evolve core systems for the Ads platform.
• Design APIs and services supporting campaign management, targeting, delivery, attribution, and reporting.
• Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems processing large volumes of events and data.
• Own critical systems end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.
