Role Overview

As a Team Lead, you will drive the success of the development team by fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. You will build strong relationships, encourage open communication, and maintain a culture of trust and mutual respect.

You will coordinate team efforts, monitor progress, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track. In addition to leadership duties, you will stay hands‑on with coding tasks, guiding and inspiring the team and ensuring high quality code.
