Responsibilities

Design and build an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant Azure DevOps platform, incorporating governance, security, and compliance requirements

Define the ADO organization structure, operating model, and guardrails, and align these with engineering, security, compliance, and infrastructure stakeholders

Implement core platform components including repositories, pipelines, agent strategy, artifacts, RBAC, permissions, and reusable templates

Develop standardized CI/CD blueprints and onboarding packages for scalable adoption

Integrate security-by-design controls (SAST, SCA, secret scanning, DAST) with policies, enforcement models, and audit traceability
