Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assessing problems

Troubleshooting and solving existing problems

Identifying and assessing technical solutions

Managing enhancements using an Agile Framework.

Support customers across various time zones

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of total IT experience

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience – L2/L3 – customer interactions
