Role Summary
Responsible for managing client-sponsored projects from initiation to closure in a CDMO environment. Ensure timely execution, resource coordination, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with sponsors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Initiation – Update project details in systems, share cost documents, and conduct internal kick-off. Planning – Prepare project charter, risk register, Gantt chart, and communication plan. Execution – Ensure RM procurement, monitor timelines, and coordinate regulatory requirements. Control – Track scope, schedule, and cost; manage risks and change requests. Closure – Capture lessons learned, submit closure report, obtain sponsor acknowledgment, and release team. Eligibility & Education
