Job Description:

The SIL (System Integration Lab) Manager leads the daily technical and operational activities of a high‑performance integration environment supporting advanced airborne ISR ground electronics systems across multiple programs. This role combines hands‑on technical oversight, team leadership, and coordination with cross‑functional engineering and program stakeholders. The position has direct impact on system readiness, mission success, and the continuous improvement of SIL workflows and capabilities.

Essential Functions:

  • Interfaces with supervisor, customer, Project Engineering, and Program Management to determine System Integration Laboratory (SIL) support requirements.
  • Starts up all SIL equipment and loads all SIL software in an orderly fashion; shuts down in the same manner to reconfigure the SIL or close down for the day.
