Principal responsibilities

• Design, review and deliver the end-to-end technical architecture for HSBC and Hang Seng mortgage system rebuild, guaranteeing stable deployment and reliable operation of Java/Spring Boot & PostgreSQL workloads on AWS.
• Lead the engineering team, conduct rigorous technical design reviews and code reviews, enforce unified engineering standards and promote agile delivery.
