The Role
**Responsibilities**:- Migrate Oracle databases from older versions to newest versions.- Troubleshoot general database issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the system.- Execute regular database backups and restore databases from backups when necessary.- Clone databases from backups using Oracle Data Pump (expdp / impdp).- Work with multitenant environments, ensuring proper configuration and management.- Perform performance tuning and optimization on Oracle database environments.- Utilize knowledge of Oracle RAC and Data Guard to support high availability and disaster recovery solutions.- Understand Oracle Grid environment and...
