Position based in Mexico City, reporting to the Sr. Counsel, Legal, Mexico. The attorney will provide commercial and regulatory legal support to Visa’s growing business in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in English and Spanish, with a particular focus on consultancy agreements for the Visa Consulting and Analytics team.
• Leverage AI tools to create templates and optimize processes for agreement drafting, negotiation, and execution, and develop or adapt standard documents to local requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise outside counsel on corporate matters to ensure timeliness, cost‑effectiveness, and excellence of service and work product.
• Request and approve shareholder minute meetings and coordinate their execution to comply with local law and business needs.
