NTU’s School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) invites applications for the position of Senior Assistant Manager to manage examination processes and serve as a key point of contact for examination matters.
Key Responsibilities - Contributing as a key staff in the Curriculum and Examination Team on undergraduate assessment, examination and award matters.
- Managing examination mark processing and administering the Mark Entry System (MES), including preparing reports for the School Board of Examiners (BOE) meeting.
- Acting as a key liaison between the team and key stakeholders to drive critical processes such as BOE, exam paper preparation, student results appeal and special student arrangements for assessment.
- Coordinating the nomination and award of academic medals and book prizes in accordance with academic policy and guidelines.
