Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities: Analytics and Performance Management
Support organisational strategic planning through data-driven analytics and insights by conducting current and future-state population/patient profile analysis and projections to identify market demand, growth opportunities and potential challenges and solutions.
Support the organization’s needs for access to data insights through the development and maintenance of appropriate visualization tools and dashboards.
Work closely with internal stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert in the development and support of new analytical/visualisation tools and dashboards for the public healthcare landscape.
Ensure completeness in documentation and testing for all new systems and process workflows developed, including training on all new or updated processes.
