Senior Assistant Director – Project Management

Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for the strategic planning and development of facilities in support of the workspace (research and office) needs. It involves formulating master plans for space needs, infrastructure renewal, build development, market and financial analysis strategies, conceptualizing and engaging stakeholders to co‑develop a workplace that is financially and environmentally sustainable.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the development of long‑term space plans and utilization strategies for the entire A*STAR portfolio, considering research needs and future growth projections.
