The HR Division comprises Recruitment, Planning & Policy, Analytics & Transformation, HR Operations, Talent Management, People Development & Planning Office and HR Partners departments. As a member of the HR Analytics & Transformation (HRAT) team, you will help reimagine how HR delivers value to A*STAR through data, systems, and human‑centred design. You will shape next‑generation HR processes and digital tools that empower employees, streamline operations, and drive evidence‑based workforce decisions across the organisation, collaborating with HR departments, ITSS Division, and other business stakeholders.
