            Job Description  Meeting with clients and other involved professionals at an early stage to agree on the project brief; 
Developing project briefs and working on these as the project progresses; 
Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures; 
Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods; 
Assisting in the detailed design process and co‑ordinating design information; 
Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings; 
Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval; 
Attending site visits and recording minutes/discussions; 
Assisting project architect in coordinating site issues; 
Producing and analysing detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction;
