Senior Application Support Specialist, Enterprise Platform Operations

We are expanding our application support capability across our enterprise platform products. As a member of an international, around‑the‑clock support team, you will support modern cloud‑native applications, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with DevOps, SREs, testers and developers, enhance monitoring, and contribute to continuous improvement of platform availability, performance, functionality, and security.

Responsibilities

• Engage with application end users to analyze and document issues and take responsibility for their successful resolution.
• Work with DevOps, SREs, Test Engineers, and Development teams to implement permanent solutions.
