Job Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 production application support for Digital Platform systems, managing production incidents and critical system interfaces through Workflow and Automation systems.
Assist the Incident Manager in implementing preventive and detective measures for applications, including providing root cause analysis.
Provide support in planning through performing production transitions for new system launches, and handling system change requests.
Identify process gaps, propose system improvements, standardize processes through implementation plans and integration strategies, and recommend automation to optimize system performance and efficiency.
