THE ROLE

This is a commercially focused analytics role centred around the end-to-end customer journey: from initial lead through to conversion. You’ll analyse how customers interact across channels, identify drop-off points, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence marketing spend, contact strategy, and sales performance; this role blends deep-dive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and real-time performance reporting
