  • Set up, refine, and manage lead scoring models using merged activity datasets for targeted campaigns.
  • Build automated Marketo programs to re-engage inactive leads and conduct churn analysis using behavioural data.
  • Manage campaign builds, list uploads, database hygiene, and CRM integrations within Marketo.
  • Ensure accurate and timely lead routing and assignment logic in Salesforce.
