Key Job Functions

Survey Design and Project Management

• Develop survey instruments using established materials and custom enhancements
• Perform quality control to ensure minimal or no errors
• Manage projects through all phases, including initial launch
• Collaborate effectively with project team members across functions

Client Servicing

• Monitor and communicate status (quality, timing, budget) of survey research programs to clients and stakeholders throughout all phases
• Provide support to senior team members on complex programs
• Contribute to best practice development and share best practices with clients
