Job Summary for Senior Analyst - Business (Digital Customer Experience)
Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to collect analyze and document business and functional requirements for digital customer experience initiatives.
Facilitate Solution Design: Work with product owners UX designers developers and technical teams to shape user-centered strategically aligned and operationally viable digital solutions.
