Develop, implement and continuously improve the BCM Program for company Distribution to ensure it is fit-for-purpose and complies with UAE law, regulations as well as national and international Standards for BCM including NCEMA 7000, ISO 22301, and other relevant frameworks.
Oversee the BCM activities and related activities across company Distribution, including recovery from natural disasters, cybersecurity incidents, pandemics, and other potential disruptions.
Ensure an effective BCM governance framework that is consistent with regulatory requirements, NCEMA, ISO 22301 and industry best practices/standards is developed, maintained, and adhered to across the organization.
Expand BCM framework to cover international operations, ensuring that all global sites adhere to the same high standards of business continuity management.
