Job Description

Miratech is looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations for Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center solutions. The role involves building scalable APIs, designing DynamoDB data models, developing Python-based Lambda functions, and managing infrastructure using Terraform. The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS development expertise, hands‑on Amazon Connect experience, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performance cloud solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and Amazon Professional Services.
