Applaudo is seeking an Agile Facilitator to empower teams in Buenos Aires. You will lead technical teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring collaboration and alignment across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Agile roles and strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory as you will work with clients based in the US.
