Support the Head, Commercial & Economics in negotiation and drafting contracts
Work as a liaison between the various departments in the KL office on commercial projects
Oversee, enable, develop, and strengthen Company’s commercial relationships with PETRONAS and Joint Venture Partners (JVPs)
Consider the commercial impact of business decisions with regards to the Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements, and other key commercial agreements
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure PTTEP’s interests are protected in commercial negotiations
Lead and/or coordinate in commercial negotiations
Prepare and provide support with commercial proposals and scenario analyses
Review the commercial implications of business decisions
Coordinate response to queries from PETRONAS and JVPs
