**Purpose of the Job**

The purpose of Global Engineering Services leader role is to lead GPE PA – Global Project Execution – Process Automation Egypt team of around 15+ engineers in Control, Safety, HMI, Batch, Cyber, Systems, Migrations, software configuration, etc., across all LOBs of HPS. The GPE PA leader will drive key metrics of GPE PA like engineering hours, share of GPE PA in overall engineering hours, customer satisfaction, billability, serviceability, cost, etc.
