Responsibilities
Lead preparation of client invoices using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Workday.
Learn and prepare ISED government claims, meeting strict deadlines.
Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, typing documents, and mass mailing.
Lead workflow software systems including tracking and reporting.
Assist with greeting clients when appropriate.
Perform ad‑hoc reporting as required.
Support client information requests and follow‑ups.
Use various databases and adapt to custom software (e.g., Workday, Ascend).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Two years of working experience in an administrative or similar role.
Office Administration diploma or other relevant educational background (asset).
Prior working experience at a professional services firm (asset).
