Job Description

Leasing Support

  • Update and maintain SAP records
  • Update and maintain Tenant’s contacts, Tenancy schedules, and other documents
  • Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate and prepare the tenancy agreements and documents
  • Reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO Billing
  • Compile ACG reports
  • Other general administrative and clerical duties

  • Operations Support

  • To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated, and accurate manner
  • To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports
  • To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services, and other operational processes
  • To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
