Hiring: Senior Admin Executive

Location: Kovan / River Valley Campus (may have to work at both campus)

Salary range: $2800 to 3500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, 1 Sat per month 9am-1pm

Job Description

• Assist the Senior Director in the day-to-day operational matters
• Assist the Senior Director in collating of documents / information from various departments
• Checking of documents, preparation of reports etc
• Preparing periodic reports (daily and weekly) for submission to Management
• Assist in audit exercises and preparation of documents
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Neat and meticulous
• Good follow-up skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in audit roles preferred
